.According to the official regulations of Roma Capitale (in force from 1 October 2023), a tourist city tax is applied to all non-resident guests staying in accommodation facilities within the city of Rome.
For Guest House / Affittacamere – Category 1, the tax is:
€7.00 per person, per night
(up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights within the same calendar year at the same property)
The amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality of Rome and may be payable at check-in or check-out.

In accordance with the regulations of Regione Lazio, all licensed non-hotel accommodation facilities (Extralberghiera) are required to declare and display their maximum daily room rates for the year.
For 2026, the declared maximum daily rate for our property is:
€350.00 per room, per night (VAT included)
This amount represents the maximum authorized rate and does not necessarily reflect the actual daily selling price, which may vary depending on season, availability, and promotional offers.
